   Not impressed with them at all.   
   We done 9 flights with them, international and internal.   
   Got stuck at Queenstown NZ and they done nother to help us.   
   New Zealand Air laid on coaches for their passengers to get to Christchurch.   
   We had to pay for a night at the hostel, then managed to get out the   
   following day
