   UK Passport holder arriving on a BA flight at about 12:00 a few weeks ago,   
   one hour from walking off the aircraft to climbing into my Avis car..   
   immigration (very polite, friendly officer), bags, airtrain to the Avis lot,   
   collect car and away, worked a dream... then I hit the traffic on the
