   I didn't realise that NavCanada were doing this.  I know DFS in Germany have   
   already started this type of operation. As those 2 and NATS are the 3 most   
   commercially minded ATC providers in the Western World I would expect   
   similar moves at UK regional airports.   
      
   You can quite easily see Cardiff done from Birmingham, Glasgow and Prestwick   
   from Edinburgh etc.
