   Again Joe you have missed the point.  The legal judgement is that BAA, as   
   the airport owner, share responsibility for this and will now share the   
   cost.  Much to the benefit of all the other airlines so well done Ryanair.

   I simply don't understand what point you are trying to make.   As far as I   
   know the arrangements for travel to all gates at Stansted are the same for   
   all airlines.

   Again you miss the point Joe.  Who says the other airlines willingly pay for   
   anything ?  The legal judgement is now that BAA will share that cost and it   
   will not be imposed on airlines who have no control over the design and   
   facilities of the terminals.

   All passengers using wheelchairs at Stansted are charged by BAA.  Only RYR   
   had the guts to stand up to BAA and say they would not pay the charge back   
   to BAA and they have now been supported by the legal judgement.
