   Hi Adrian,   
                  A LHR there is a Visitors centre and your litrally on the   
   runway.But At LGW i heard that the viewing area has shut. I think this is   
   because of a scare of terrorism because i have heard the the planes   
   sometimes swap round and they were over head at some time in the day.
