I do not       think the North Terminal ever had anything, however it has good views       from some of the windows over parts of the apron, although you are a       long way from the runway.              Watching flights arriving and departing is really only possible from the       roadways around the airport. One good place (although you cannot park       nearby or sit there, it is accessible on foot) is on the inner service       road which passes under the South Terminal. Follow the signs by arrivals       for "local buses", go down the stairs and into the road tunnel. Walk       through the tunnel (i.e. not towards the bus stop) and through the other       side where you will find yourself at the end of the runway! Great views,       but not very comfy.              --       John       Mail sent to the reply address will be binned automatically.       Use my name with the domain (@+the rest)              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
