   I'm not sure I follow that.  But all sorts of decisions are made in the   
   name of anti-terrorism which seem strange to people not making them.  It's   
   been nearly 20 years since I was down there so please don't rely on my   
   thoughts!   
      
   (I was born near LGW and remember when it was basically one small-ish   
   building next to the ?A23).
