   They don't seem to realize that this building is not an institution.   
      
   I mean they use their 'squirrely' communication, like banging on pipes   
   and cutting the water off and shit.  It's a degrading slave language.   
   They are resistant to being told that this behavior is inappropriate and   
   that Bill is not the owner or the boss of the people in this building.   
      
   This is a rental property for middle-class and working-class ordinary   
   folks who can PAY THEIR RENT.  And there are some crazies in here who   
   are preying on us and who seem to think we are all in an   
   'institution'....I. swear. to. god.   
      
   I mean, they have some way of hearing my music and get all upset and   
   hysterical when I want to play certain things that they shouldn't be   
   hearing anyway.
