Prasad, 31, of South San Francisco, was charged with murdering       his co-worker’s boyfriend, according to San Mateo County district       attorney’s office.       A San Francisco International Airport employee whose co-worker repeatedly       turned down his date requests has been charged with murder for allegedly       shooting the woman’s boyfriend to death, prosecutors said Tuesday.              Kevin B. Prasad, 31, of South San Francisco, planned the shooting with an       accomplice and could face the death penalty, according to the San Mateo       County district attorney’s office.              On April 25, Prasad and Hayward resident Donovan Matthew Rivera, 25,       followed 31-year-old Mark Mangaccat and his girlfriend back to their home       in Daly City, prosecutors said. Prasad told his female co-worker multiple       times to dump Mangaccat and be with him instead, but she repeatedly       rejected Prasad’s advances, prosecutors said.              The day of the alleged murder, Mangaccat picked up his girlfriend, who is       the mother of their 3-year-old child, from a home in Daly City. Rivera and       Prasad were sitting in another vehicle and followed the couple back to       their home on Abbot Avenue, according to the district attorney’s office.              As Mangaccat backed into a garage, Prasad allegedly got out of his car and       fired five to six shots into Mangaccat’s vehicle, killing the man but       leaving his girlfriend uninjured.              Prasad then ran back to the car and Rivera drove them away from the scene,       according to prosecutors, who said Rivera was aware they were tracking       Mangaccat with the intent to kill him.              Both men were charged with murder and were being held without bail.              https://www.sfgate.com/crime/article/SFO-airport-employee-accused-of-       murdering-12879353.php              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
