   A migrant caravan leader threatened the Biden administration by stating he is   
   “ready for war” with federal officials by Oct. 25 as he prepares the next   
   wave of Haitian and Central American illegal immigrants to cross the   
   U.S-Mexico border.   
      
   Irineo Mujica, the caravan leader, is reportedly both a U.S. citizen and a   
   citizen of Mexico. He has an extensive record of not only being a   
   controversial illegal immigration activist, but has also been previously   
   accused of human trafficking.
