   This shithole where I live, San Francisco, is so fucking expensive that   
   I'm planning to leave it. I hate when almost all of my paycheck goes for   
   necessities, not leaving room for stuff I want to waste my money on.   
      
   I've considered Los Angeles, however, I and my daughter currently   
   receiving gender-affirming care through UCSF. It seems like UCLA has   
   so-called "Gender Health Program" providing gender-affirming care in the   
   Los Angeles area.   
      
   How much would you recommend it? Or you would recommend another city   
   like Seattle to move to?
