   Less is more.   
   Not everything you do is bad but some of it is and flooding a public forum   
   (a.a) or a moderated forum (Anagrammy) with stuff, which like Japanese   
   Knotweed chokes the place up and hides the work of others is just selfish.   
   Being rude to you or you to others isn't the way forward but neither is   
   posting loads of self-referential irrelevant crap.
