   P.S. The Readings give us 13 Specifics in regards to the then prophesied   
   soon to be reincarnate soul who had been, amongst other past lifetimes,   
   New Testament Beloved John and Old Testament Peniel - or one "John Peniel"   
   (soul name). One of the Specifics is: Revives an old form of communication   
   that is as if face to face with God. Numerous and varietous signs symbols   
   sources say that I am that soul, and the metaphysical art Onomology   
   (my neologism), which pertains to letter/word/name-related exercises   
   such as Name Meanings, Anagrams, Lexigrams, Gematria, more, is that old form   
   of communication, especially Anagrams (Note: Both Anagrams and Gematria are   
   in the Holy Bible - see the website jewishencyclopedia.com). Here are some

   How do we make the unknown, known?  This can only be experienced.  Relying on   
   authority or describing it in an other's words isn't direct experience.  Direct   
   experience implies mystical union.

   Authority? Both The Holy Bible and The Cayce Readings tell us that each soul's   
   only authority should be that called intuition / the holy spirit / the still   
   small voice - which is God Himself communicating to an incarnate soul either   
   through the head chakra (in the mind) or through the lower chakra (in the gut).   
   John, in his epistle, basically put it this way: "If you have the holy spirit,   
   then you have no need for any man to teach you anything (1 John 2:27)."   
      
   Experience? Mystical Union? Neither The Holy Bible nor The Cayce Readings   
   emphasize either experience or mystical union. They do both tell us and   
   emphasize that it is only by seeking and applying God's will that one attains   
   to   
   any worthwhile experience or union, AND they warn us that if someone seeks for   
   experiences or unions that they are unworthy of there will be a price to pay.

   That's the point exactly.  Relying on a description or being told what the CC   
   is   
   doesn't do it justice.  Its to be experienced, not captured in words or   
   presented   
   as a formula. Its outside the known and in the realm of direct experience.

   The discussion here is "Edgar Cayce spoke often of the Christ Consciousness.   
   What does that mean to you? How do you apply it in your everyday life?"   
      
   The Holy Bible is not more than 1,200 typed pages and The Edgar Cayce Readings   
   are not more than 70,000 typed pages because "descriptions are pointless" and   
   people "cannot be told anything". Your response appears to condemn these bodies   
   of material and say that they are pointless, or at minimum pointless in their   
   discussion of what Christ Consciousness is and how to obtain it.   
      
   On the other hand, and quite to the contrary, my responses on this thread   
   respect and uphold and accurately represent what these two bodies of material   
   say in regards to Christ Consciousness.   
      
   Since YOU are instead obsessed with "the unknown" and "mystical union" and   
   "direct experience", the following Edgar Cayce Reading quote seems tailor-made   
   just for you:   
      
   Edgar Cayce Reading 457-3-15   
   (Q) Have I "subdued my moods and thus raised my vibrations in the mystic   
   forces"?   
   (A) Depends upon which angle, or which vibration, or which relation this may be   
   viewed from! As indicated, THROUGH THE WILL POWER [DDF emphasis] and its   
   activities - as it has been given - there is raised within self    
   oul-development.   
   Do not think of it as being mysterious, or mystic, ...   
      
   In addition, be aware - and BEWARE - that the phrase "mystical union" does   
   not appear EVEN ONCE in The Edgar Cayce Readings, nor the phrase "direct   
   experience", and though the phrase "the unknown" garners a result of 505   
   Readings, when beginning to search those Readings one finds only the word   
   "unknown" - and in regards to "requester of Reading unknown", "location of   
   Reading unknown", "time of Reading unknown", "others present unknown" -   
   until one gets to result 49 and then one finds a condemnation of the HUMAN   
   mentality which seeks for "the unknown" and the air of mystery, as   
   APPLICATION of that known is to be the focus and once a person gets that   
   truth then there is no more mystery:

   We have the Association, as individuals and groups, which - combined - form the

   answer your query"? NO! Rather he says what Christ Consciousness is, and what   
   Christ Spirit is, and explains the difference between them by giving numerous   
   examples, which in sum say that if one will live like Christ Jesus then one   
   will   
   have the same awareness as Christ Jesus - if one will be a channel for the   
   will of God then one will have an awareness of God:

   (Q) Please explain clearly the difference between the Christ Consciousness,   
   the Christ Spirit.   
   (A) As the difference might be given in that which makes for the birth in the   
   flower,   
   and the flower.   
   The consciousness of the Spirit and the abilities to apply same are the   
   differences   
   in the Christ Consciousness, the Christ Spirit.   
      
   As has been given, the devils believe, the devils know, individuals that may be   
   conscious of an activity. Those with the abilities to call upon, to be so   
   unselfish
