   I did not see anything about UFO's.   
       
   Please do give instruction as to where the UFO information is at.

   P.S. Also, I just started to read one of the four "letters" that M. T. Keshe    
   wants people to distribute - the one titled "An Insight Into The Future of    
   Man on Earth", and in that letter he says:   
      
   "Thus man can easily understand that the inhabitants of the universe who    
   are far more advanced technologically and intellectually than present humans    
   and have been observers and passers-by of this planet for centuries, have    
   made recordings of events and of all men’s actions on this planet over    
   millions of years, and in the near future they will play back all these    
   recordings to the planet’s inhabitants. Then the so-called leaders of Earth   
   will    
   realise that observers have been recording the most significant events of this    
   planet and their results over thousands of years for man to see, and they will    
   show to the present generation of man what these so-called men of power on    
   Earth have done for themselves and to and for their fellow men. At the same    
   time over the centuries the violent behaviour of the human race has been    
   broadcast live across the universe to other creatures who exist there, in the    
   same manner as the news is broadcast across planet Earth nowadays. But    
   the recordings made by these observers of Earth are more detailed and    
   include not just the deeds but the thoughts that have instigated these    
   misguided actions of so-called men of power. If man knew what has been    
   recorded of his actions in his scientific and humanitarian progress in past    
   centuries by other beings of the universe who have witnessed it, then he    
   would realise that most of his criminal acts of the past have also been    
   recorded by the same intelligent creatures, who have passed by this planet    
   and have recorded man’s vainglorious notions of his insignificant existence."   
       
   Should I bother to read more? The author moved from making an outrageous    
   and unproven statement that recordings of all the thoughts and deeds of    
   humankind on Earth are being made by other inhabitants of the universe, to    
   saying that humankind on Earth have an insignificant existence. Ha! What a    
   contradiction! And what a LIE that humankind on Earth have an insignificant    
   existence!    
       
   In his other letter titled "The Status of Scientists" he states:   
       
   "As the scientists flock together like doves and as the present leaders of the    
   world hunt together like vultures, then the fate of men of greed and leaders    
   of one sort or another and their cronies who commit crimes against scientists    
   has been and will surely be banishment to the lowest corners of the universe,    
   where the souls of these peasants acting like so-called leaders will reside   
   for    
   eternity. The same shall be true of their progeny and all their souls shall be    
   condemned to the darkest parts of the universe, where they will never    
   progress and never be enlightened by anyone. The souls of these leaders and    
   of their offspring, who are the material beneficiaries of the deliberately    
   misguided actions of their forefathers, shall all stay forever at the level   
   below    
   the level of the soul of man for eternity, which is nothing but the lowest of    
   the lowest in all realms of the world of creation."   
       
   So apparently the author does not know and trust what The Holy Bible says    
   is going to happen to the wicked souls: They shall be thrown into The Lake Of    
   Fire With Brimstone and perish - no longer exist.   
       
   So need I read more? I am a student of The Edgar Cayce Readings, and    
   therefore also a student of The Holy Bible, which the Readings say contains    
   Truth, and which personages and events and precepts and prophecies and    
   promises and warnings the Readings confirm and say to heed.   
       
   Additionally, in the author's introductory letter titled "Signing of the world    
   peace treaty and World peace conference" he states:    
       
   "As a race man now has the technology in hand to enforce world peace and    
   man collectively has the determination to achieve it....I thank you for your    
   support and hope we can achieve together in the near future what has    
   eluded mankind from the beginning of time."   
      
   Nobody actually believes that this guy was serious, do they? This man    
   actually believed that HIS "World Peace Treaty" was going to be signed by all    
   the Earth's leaders on March 21 2013, and then by all the Earth's other    
   inhabitants on April 21 2013, and then all these people would actually follow    
   through on what they signed and so the Earth for the first time ever would    
   enjoy global peace? Global peace will not occur until the day that Jesus    
   returns and all the wicked are then killed on that day and thus removed from    
   the Earth. Anyone who says or tries otherwise is an evil arrogant ANTICHRIST.

   Um, world leaders have outlawed war before. In fact, these agreements    
   have often, if not usually, lead to war. For example, Britain gave Poland a    
   war guarantee (meaning any aggression would be the same as aggression on    
   England). Of course, ww 2 started when Great Britain declared war on    
   Germany, following Germany's incursion into the Prussian corridor. In fact,    
   the war guarantee was a treaty to insure peace while preserving Poland's    
   sovereignty.   
       
   Wars can not be outlawed by treaties or peace agreements. That is idealistic    
   nonsense.  War is always rooted in money and power and explained with    
   ideology.
