   I might suggest a re-ordering of the words in the first one to THOU, ALL   
   CANCEROUS.   
   THOU is a second person singular meaning YOU (i.e. it means 'you' but only   
   when it is referring to one specific person rather than say addressing a   
   group). What I am getting at is ALL THOU doesn't make logical sense whereas   
   ALL CANCEROUS does.
