   YOU can address an individual or a group,   
   and since THOU means YOU, I put it   
   ALL THOU CANCEROUS meaning   
   ALL YOU CANCEROUS, no less than saying   
   ALL YOU MAIDENS or   
   ALL YOU SMART ONES or   
   ALL YOU (WHATEVER GROUP), in this instance   
   the group being the result of the nuclear bomb.
