   about the result after her sons requested a joke to accompany their   
   pizza delivery.  The pizza box ended up adorned with something like   
   this:   
      
     What connects the deliverer at Domino's with a gynaecologist? =   
     It is: each has to smell it yet can't ever chow down and gorge on it.
