   That's really ugly. It looks like your news software is setting only   
   _some_ of the headers needed for MIME decoding (and it being annoyingly   
   aggressive with QP encoding: space needs to be encoded only where it is   
   ambiguous, eg, end of line).   
      
   I see these two headers on your post:   
      
   	Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8   
   	Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable   
      
   I don't see, and should see, this one as well:   
      
   	MIME-Version: 1.0   
      
   Compliant software often ignores MIME headers if the version of MIME is   
   not specified.
