   I think the cost is going to be a lot greater than   
   35 billion.  This is the kind of thing that generates   
   waves of after-effects.  People like Feinstein and   
   Pelosi have no clue because they are pure politicians   
   and they serve the boss.  I don't think they understand   
   the commercial and technical aspects of the situation   
   at all.
