   It's not exactly rocket science. Clean up the area and put on the   
   appropriate reagent. Even Utah cops can master it.   
      
   Note: I'm just stating the process to bring out obscured serial numbers, not   
   defending Utah's finest or their tame reporters.   
      
   When the Hells Angels decided to vacation in our fair city, the police chief   
   hired some cops from St. George. The Angels were well behaved and peaceful;   
   the St. George cops weren't. The chief lost his job. Seems it's against   
   state law to bring in out of state law enforcement. Too bad since he was a   
   nice guy even if he was a sucker for seminars run by 'experts' telling him   
   how to deal with gangs, drugs, and so forth.   
      
   Dänk 42Ø id lucky though. He should have lived in Utah in the '60s.
