   Yes, you do have a "constitutional right to say anything (you) want",   
   and that is probably a good thing.   
   It certainly gives everyone an early warning that you are angry,   
   have a chip on your shoulder, and think everyone else is lying   
   and incompetent (when it was clear that you were in error!).   
      
   I do wish you well.   
   But, to do well, I'd suggest you quit thinking so negative   
   about everyone else.   
      
   Success is much more likely to come from working on   
   'Win / Win situations', rather than throwing mud on others.   
      
   I do not know how many supervisors or bosses you had   
   in Calif. & Nevada, but when none of them is willing to   
   hire you again, , , it might be a 'clue'!
