|    Anarchist Cookbook (c)1971 or something    |

Has anybody read this book? Or anyone read this book lately? I remember when I       read it the first time in 1993 and now this shit seems really boring? WTF is       wrong with anarchism? Are people tired of it and have they all moved on to       terrorism?...              The Anarchist Cookbook       Chapter One: DRUGS       Chapter Two: ELECTRONICS, SABOTAGTE, AND SURVEILLANCE       Chapter Three: NATURAL, NONLETHAL, AND LETHAL WEAPONS       Chapter Four: EXPLOSIVES AND BOOBY TRAPS              Chapter One: DRUGS       Starts at page 31,               Pot... Marihuana, Acapulco gold, Panama red, Vietnam green, and New York       White. Talks about Mexican and Vietnamese marihuana being the best on the       market. Probably means new hybrid marijuana plants, indica-sativa crossbred       plants. Middle EAstern grass        being highly prized... I guess that would be sativa, or it could be indica -       highly prized but not readily available, because they grow in warmer       temperatures. New York White? Never heard of it, but I guess they call it that       because it says in this book        that it grows everywhere - in old parking lots, back alley ways, schoolyards,       and even sewers. I think they only call it that because white people get away       with growing it wherever they want to. That's probably what they call it it       around here because        the white people help to legalize it for them -with the help of New York       voters who emmigrated here.               It says most seeds are fertile, but the best seeds are from Mexico? Why? I       guess the best seeds are when grown in higher temperatures, the most potent       plants are from arid climates, marihuana is a weed plant and doesn't need much       water to get it started        growing. All of this is common sense.               It starts off "First Method", and goes on to talk more about marijuana to       gain your interest; however, if you already knew or heard all of this then you       can probably skip the parts about how to plant your first seeds, taking care       of your new sprout,        harvesting your first plants. Then goes on to the "Second Method", and this       time talks about a germinating box, using milk crates, Kitty Litter and milk       organite. What is milk organite? You're probably to stoned to know or either       stoned enough that you        can figure out what to use. Talks some more about this method then goes on to       grade the marijuana. Blossom tips. The small female inside upper leaves. The       upper female leaves. And the male blossoms and all the male leaves on the       upper half of the stem.               This is the funny part of the chapter when it mentions growing is better than       buying on the street. Because when you buy on the street, you don't get to try       before you buy it. And later on when you get home, you found out you just       bought yourself the        best-tasting parsley or oregano on the market? I like this kind of idea for a       Ponzi scheme they author thinks to himself.        Cooking with Pot. He recommends saving the seeds, and stems, and twigs. Try       some in recipes for pot flavors treats? Maybe he wants to save these for the       next book in his series called the Terrorist cookbook, or the Spies Cookbook?       See if you can get        away with flavoring your next dinner with a few pot seeds without your       neighbors finding out at the next potluck.               The cooking with pot section actually talks about how you can use pot in food       recipes for stimulating effects. The book has several recipes and techniques       for making marihuana dishes, drinks, and candy. A recipe for Acapulco Green is       a simple recipe for        guacamole dip. It only involves using 3 ripe Avocados, 1/2 cup chopped onions,       2 teaspons chili powder, 3 tablespoons wine vinegar, and 1/2 cup chopped       grass. It says to mix everything together, then leave out the avocados and       onions. Only add the        avocados and onions after everything else was mixed first for one hour. And       says it can be served with tacos or as a dip. I don't see how this could       really get you high, I only assume that you find something to do in that one       hour like take bong hits or        smoke a joint.              (to be continued...)              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
