   Liberals don't want you to know that they have failed for the last 50   
   years of the War on poverty and the WAR on drugs.   
      
      
   Liberal failure means they'll ask us to spend even more money on the   
   failed policy precisely because the policy failed, that way they can   
   heave the most expensive program ever that doesn't solve anything, but   
   they will feel like they did something because you can see that they   
   spent so much of your hard earned money.  If they will spend so much of
