From: not4udude@yahoo.com              It's complicated as the popular expression goes. Human behavior has been a       perplexing problem to Human kind for thousand of years. Religion tackled this       problem by impressing the fear of God on the masses. Behavioral science gave a       better explanation on        why we have criminals. Religion says it because of immorality. Some blame it       on poverty. Sorry, I'll go with science. There are so-called normal people who       game the judicial by having their lawyers claim insanity. The truly mentally       disturb gets blended        in with fake nut cases.         So how do we control Human misbehavior? Having a police state? Christian       morality. One day, I heard this right wing politician promote this concept of:       Reward and Punishment. It's a common nonsensical idea. If you are bad! You get       punished! If you are        good...you get candy. This is the same way they train dogs.
