   Having seen none of the titles in question, I'm going to have to guess:   
   presumably because neither of the Swank magazines feature scenes of   
   intergenerational same-sex incest.   
      
   (Is importation of the "F^3" DVD banned?  If "no", then it doesn't   
   matter whether importation of the VCD is banned, as the content would   
   still be allowed to cross the border.  If "yes", then there's cause for
