   I'm not leo86, of course, but I can tell you that CN used "Heart of   
   Sword" as the ED theme for their broadcasts of RRK. So the performer you   
   heard was indeed T.M.Revolution.   
      
   Some of T.M.R's albums have been released in the US through Sony's US J-   
   pop label Tofu Records, including "Coordinate", which has "Heart of   
   Sword" as a bonus track.
