   They did say e-mail. And stressed that they needed a photo of both the   
   front, and back of the card.   
      
   It was... moderately strange. They didn't appear to understand what a   
   Visa/Mastercard acquirer is. And claimed they were unable to get access   
   to the 'Verified by Visa' program. Considering that Visa are so eager to   
   get merchants on this program that the acquirers offer discounts on fees   
   for merchants on the program, this sounds like bull.   
      
   I suspect they're using a 'e-commerce' bundle with a budget webhost, so   
   don't actually really understand how the merchant end of credit/debit   
   cards are supposed to work. Or what security and verification systems   
   are available to them.
