   You're right.  That's why everything I suggested ended with a question   
   mark as I didn't know and unlike many people I wasn't about to jump up

   I'm sorry you feel that way.  It's now clear that you do know rather   
   more than your original post suggested, yet I stand by my original   
   post because you really did make it sound like a childish whine.   
      
   Perhaps if I were to go read up on the Visa-merchant relationship,   
   then would you in turn consider learning more about the English   
   language to help you explain yourself better in future?
