   Your two 'questions' about the 'Verified by Visa' program, and Visa's   
   promotion of it had actually been answered in both posts prior to your   
   reply. Your inability to read two plainly written English statements,   
   that the 'Verified by Visa' program has cheaper transaction fees to   
   promote it, does not reflect on my ability to write.   
      
   Anyhow, I've pretty well established that 'Rightstuf.com's credit card   
   handling processes are highly inept and contrary to good practice and   
   Visa's merchant rules. And I stand by my recommendation not to do   
   business with them.
