         I have a laserdisc box set of Gatchaman Fighter.  Because these   
   are import laserdiscs, there are no subtitles.  I own a capture device   
   and I do know how to use it.   I can capture the laserdics to 720X480   
   MPEG2.   
      
         My problem is that I don't know how to post the raws to the   
   Usenet.  I was hoping I could make arrangements to snail-mail DVD-R's   
   of the raw MPEG captures to somebody in the USA.  They would add the   
   subtitles, transcode to a higher-compression format such as DiVX or   
   Xvid-based AVI and do the final distro to the Usenet.   
      
         I was thinking about placing the raws to the Bittorrent Network.   
   I have authentic Bittorrent 6.2, Build 15918 installed. However, I   
   don't know how to create the torrents and don't know how to tell   
   anybody that the torrents exist.   
      
         I expect to be employed within the next two (2) weeks (this   
   posting was placed 28-JUL-2010). Because of that, I don't have time to   
   learn new things or have to deal with only vague instructions.  If a   
   native-english speaker would be willing to write me a very   
   highly-detailed list of the exact mouse-clicks for my exact Bittorrent   
   client and suggest "Highly Visible" file names for my torrents, that   
   would be great.
