   They give their piss-poor celebrities that no one outside of Japan (and   
   perhaps HK) knows from a hole in the ground around 20-25 min on the national   
   news.  I would totally agree if they had a seperate program like   
   Entertainment Tonight, but they act like what happens with these people is   
   earthshaking.  For example, today they made it seem like Ryoko Hirosue (a   
   talentless hack) getting pregnant was just as important as Saddam getting   
   caught.  If I didn't bang her, then I DON'T CARE.  I also remember when   
   September 11th happened and at the end of 2001 they had a top 10 news story   
   program broken up into age categories.  For people in their 20s, 9/11 was   
   #2, but the feline sounding girl band SPEED's breakup was #1.  I'm glad I   
   have a satellite dish, a DVD player, and the internet or I would have kicked   
   in 3 TVs by now.  Now, I know some of you Wapanese might get your panties in   
   a bunch, but it's my opinion. LIVE WITH IT.
