   Propagation of newsgroups is dependent on what your news server is   
   willing to carry.  This is particularly true with alt.* newsgroups.   
   However, given that I don't see alt.anime.cowboy-bebop on my   
   news server at work, on my news server on my home ISP, *or* in Google   
   groups, I have to wonder whether it's getting much distribution   
   at all.
