   Your header says 'Older Man' and your email says "Betty Lea"... what are you   
   doing here if you don't know how to configure a computer in the first   
   place..?  You can't tell me you have a usenet server set up, because that   
   is how you start a 'newsgroup'... you sound more like a 'troller' to me...   
   I am an older man as well... (52 years old) so maybe I can help:   
   The long and the short of it is, if you really are looking for info on   
   newsgroups and how to start one etc. Look up 'Usenet FAQ' with an online   
   search under GOOGLE.
