   A piece doesn't necessarily need a signature to be "the original   
   Moorcroft"  - we can have a piece just like this, ie: same box, same   
   pattern, which IS  **William Moorcroft**  but still NOT signed. William   
   Moorcoft rarely signed small pieces under a certain size. A signature in   
   this case is irrelevant.
