   PIMPING THE HOBBY(PTH): an act of making money in the pinball hobby   
   while not being a collector. to sell anything associated with the   
   hobby of pinball while not keeping an active collection of your own   
   out of love for the hobby. to sell directly to the hobbyist in hopes   
   of making money while not keeping an active collection. doing petty   
   worthless acts of generosity to smokescreen your true intentions of   
   trying to make a buck in the hobby. ie: giving away worthless stuff   
   you would otherwise throw out or running off some small dollar item in   
   hopes of generating future sales while not maintaining an active   
   collection. selling pinball related items or decorations on e-bay,   
   rgp, or anywhere else while not maintaining a personal collection.   
   (manufacturers of pinball machines, distributors and ops, and anyone   
   who makes parts that directly help keep pinball machines up and   
   running are excluded) IMHO
