   Does anyone know any places in the Toronto Ontario area who can do   
   appraisels without leading actual records of the item that i have?  I went   
   to one dumbass near my home who said the price for the appraisel depended   
   on the value of the actual item, in which I promptly laughed at him for   
   trying to con me and made sure everyone else in his store understood what   
   happened and happily followed me out.  anyways, im' specifically looking   
   for an appraiser who is well versed in Eastern European war items,   
   especially from the first WW.  any help would be awesome.  thanks guys
