XPost: rec.antiques, rec.antiques.marketplace       From: chadaughenbaugh@verizon.net              I've been attempting to find information on two items for my uncle and       thought that someone here may be able to help.              The first item is a hot blast stove made by Reading Stove Works, in       Reading PA. Has the number 918 on it and says "Sunshine Hot Blast".              The other item is a "s" curve roll top desk. The plates on the chair       and the locks say "Quick & McKenna Office Furniture" 6 Reade St, NYC.              I haven't been able to find any information on either the manufacturers       or the pieces themselves.              Any help would be greatly appreciated and I can be contacted at       chadaughenbaugh@verizon.net              Thanks.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
