   Need help to find the value of an ink etching  purchased at auction.   
      
      
   On heavy paper base.   
      
   Signature on bottom is: Albany E. Howarth, signed in pencil   
      
   There is a seal/stamp/??? in the lower left corner.   
      
   Picture is titled: Mermaid Street Rye   
      
   There are no creases on this etching. These were made on the photocopy   
   used for scanning.
