   Does anyone know anything about this porcelain painting and can help ID it?

   signature on the front of it. I wonder if it is underneath the frame. It is   
   held in the frame with masking tape so I removed some of the tape to see if   
   there was more print underneath it other than the "After F.E. Bertier" that   
   was there but I don't see anything else. I would like to sell it but would   
   like to know more about it first if possible. Any assistance is much
