|    Help! In search of button rail bed frame    |

From: sugar@speakeasy.net              I hope I can find some help here!              I own a full-sized iron bed that was made between 1910-1930 (probably       American military), but the two rails were stolen from my apartment in       January. The rails have, what I have been told is, a "button rail" design.       Namely, the rails should have an iron button that slides into the       reverse-hook shaped grooves that stick off each leg on the head and       footboard.              Anyone have any ideas on where I could find this item? I've been searching       online (ebay, etc) and also through local (Seattle) antique stores, to no       avail.              Jessica              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
