   The realtors are gonna have to get hungrier I suppose.   
   They don't wanna charge a listing fee cause it will cause the listers to   
   run.   
   But if nothings selling anyway, what do they have to lose by charging a   
   listing fee?   
   My understanding is that its illegal to charge a listing fee, but they can   
   call it something else to get around that, maybe a marketing fee or   
   something because the realtors have to reach into their own pockets to   
   market a property so they should be compensated.   
   Regardless, my idea of a listing fee would be better for all, as far as I   
   can see, except the fishers.
