   HarryLiar, even if you could get a judge to rule that those emails were   
   "permission in writing" (so that you wouldn't call him  "stupid"), even though   
   you never even asked for permission, that doesn't absolve you of the charge of   
   stealing the poems you    
   took without asking. Remember, you told me in your email that you planned to   
   keep them in publication only until the next issue appeared. I asked you to   
   remove my poems from your chapbook only that turned out a year later to be a   
   lie; and began calling    
   you a thief only after you refused to remove them.
