   I am not sure that work ever had a signature in it.  It has been   
   burried in headers for at least 10 years and I think it might be at   
   least 20 years old from what I have found in looking it up in the   
   past.   I don't think they are a thief.  Just someone who saw someone   
   else do it and decided to copy it line for line.
