   I've never heard of an ASCII art museum. There have been some published   
   books covering the roots of the form, in particular _Typewriter Art_ and   
   I think there's at least one more.   
      
   Computer based art and computer enabled art does exist in museums but it   
   tends towards the fine art end of the spectrum, while ASCII art seems   
   more "art brut".   
      
   But do share if you find out otherwise.
