   I've found the script, and have included it in my repo of ASCII art   
   videos, and C `slowcat` viewer.

   It runs for me, without even needing to slow it down, with modern Perl   
   on modern computers. I've included a "video" capture that can be played   
   with slowcat in the repo for reference. The original poster seems to   
   have used an anonymous remailer, and the video is only credited to "YY".
