   Because they do.  It's in the Constitution, and it's also called Freedom   
   of Speech.  Where in the Constitution does it say you have the right to   
   eat enough Twinkies and Scooter Pies to keep 100 Ethiopians alive, and   
   waddle around blocking everyone else's view?
