   So they say.  But alcohol is a diuretic, it makes you pee a lot and   
   brings dehydration.  If you drink 12 oz of beer, you need more than 12   
   oz of water to replace what was lost.   
      
   If you ever drank Corona & lime at the beach on a hot day, you know.   
      
   Wine and beer can't substitute for water.
