   In the four years Trump was out of office, he was not out of power.   
   He used his power to primary elected Republican officials and fire   
   appointed Republican officials to coerce them into doing what he   
   wanted them to do.  When the Republican party was the only thing   
   he ruled, he ruled it by fear.  Anybody with sense would have known   
   that, if he ever got into the White House again, he would rule the   
   country the same way, by fear.
