   A jet fuel fire from a crashed aircraft is NOTHING compared to the   
   inferno inside that building.

   No one has ever claimed that.  there were plenty of things going on   
   during the fire and collapse that would cause explosive noises.

   They could fly Cessna.  And interestingly enough, Myth busters just   
   did a show where one of the guys, who doesn't fly, was able to   
   actually land a 7X7 simulator with basic instructions from the ground.   
   The hardest part of flying is the landing.  "aiming" any plane in   
   flight is really fairly easy with minimal training.
