   A.  Global Warming is NOT just about CO2 nor greenhouse gases. As   
        above, it is caused by a large combination of factors, including what   
        is likely to be a natural cycle of the planet.   
      
   B.  "Man made" doesn't mean just the stuff coming out of cars,   
         factories, etc. You also have to include the destrction of huge areas   
         of forest, the unnaturally increasing number of humans, pets,   
         livestock, etc., etc., etc.   
      
   C.  As I said, Global Warming is definitely an undeniable fact, but the   
        full reason for it's cause is debateable. Anyone who can't understand   
        that fact is a moron. Anyone who simply can't be bothered trying to   
        stop it or at least slow it down is a selfish moron (that of course   
   *is*   
        99% of the planet. As for "AGW", I don't know nor care what it   
        means ... neither do I really care if the human race kills itself off   
   with   
        its own stupidity, selfishness, and greed.
